    1. What Personal Information Do We Gather About You?

     When you use the uitool Services by, among other actions, providing registration details, browsing our sites,
    completing a survey, downloading trial product package, entering a contest or otherwise interacting with our uitool Services,
    we gather personal information.

    A. Through uitool Service

    i. Registration

     When you register for the uitool Service, we collect personal information. For example, registration on uitool.org can be done by supplying a unique email address, password and your name.


    ii. Optional information in Registration

     When you use our product(Y[wai] IDE, waiBizFrame, etc), We collect additional information about you. Additional information is bellow :

     4. Department
     5. Position


    If you do not enter the information, there is no problem to use our products.


    iii. User-Generated Content and Activities(including Comments, Contents made in our product and QnA)

     We offer you opportunities to engage in public activities on uitool.org and other uitool Services. "Public activities" are any actions you take on uitool Services that are designed to be visible to other users, including comments, Contents(Sample Page, User Component) that made by our product and QnA. You should be aware that any personal information you submit can be read, collected and used by other users of these services.

     We are not responsible for the personal information you choose to submit in the course of your public activities and we have no responsibility to publish, take down, remove or edit any of

    2. What Do We Do With The Personal Information We Collect About You?

    When you create contents in our product, that action and any information you share will be covered by that platform’s privacy policy. Any information you disclose in your public activities, along with your screen name or ID, or any contents, becomes public.




    3. With Whom Do We Share The Personal Information We Gather?

    A. Product serviced by uitool.org

     We share your personal information with our product for the purposes listed in this Privacy Policy.


    B. Sharing With Service Providers

     We contract with other companies, agents or contractors (“service providers”) to provide services on our behalf. These services are, for example, credit-card, payment and billing processing, fulfillment of orders, information technology and related infrastructure provision, customer service, ad serving, shipping, email distribution, list processing and analytics, research surveys/interviews/focus group management and analysis, or promotions management. In the course of performing these services, our service providers have access to your information including your personal information.


    C. Sharing With Other Third Parties

     We will not sell, rent, swap or authorize any third party (except our service providers) to use your email address without your permission. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to restrict our use or sharing of aggregated or de-identified information in any way.

    i. Public Activities: see above for more details on such activities. Public activities may be included in our RSS feeds, APIs and other distribution formats. As a result, your public activities may appear on other websites, blogs, or feeds.

     Other information does not specifically identify you and are collected through technology. It includes tracking information collected by us as well as third parties.

     We use various internet technologies to manage, and track the use of, the uitool Services. We use and disclose this information for any purpose, except where we are required to do otherwise under applicable law. Information that we collect using these technologies is combined with personal information about you. If we combine information with personal information, we will treat the combined information as personal information.

     We collect information about the computer, mobile device or other device you use to access the uitool Services, such as Internet protocol (IP) addresses (the region or general location where your computer or device is accessing the Internet), geolocation information, unique device identifiers, browser type, browser language and other transactional information.

     Cookies are used to help you use our website more quickly and conveniently and to provide you with personalized services.

     The server used to run the website is a small text file that is sent to your browser and stored on your computer.

    C. Log File and Read History

     As with most websites, certain information is automatically collected and stored in log files. This information includes your IP address, browser type, operating system, and other usage information about your use of the uitool Service, including the history of pages you have viewed.

     User login and Trial download are always saved and managed.

     



    5. How Do I Access, Change or Update My Personal Information?

     If you would like to request to review, correct, restrict or delete personal information that you have previously provided to us, object to the processing of personal information, or if you would like to request to receive an electronic copy of your personal information for purposes of transmitting it to another company (to the extent this right to data portability is provided to you by applicable law), you may contact us by completing this form.

     In your request, please state what personal information you would like to have changed, whether you would like to have your personal information suppressed from our database or otherwise let us know what limitations you would like to put on our use of your personal information. For your protection, we only implement requests with respect to the personal information associated with the particular email address that you use to send us your request, and we may need to verify your identity before implementing your request.

     We will respond to your request consistent with applicable law.

     Please note that we may need to retain certain information for recordkeeping purposes and/or to complete any transactions that you began prior to requesting a change or deletion (e.g., when you make a purchase or enter a promotion, you may not be able to change or delete the Personal Information provided until after the completion of such purchase or promotion).

     If you are a resident of California, under 18 and a registered user of the uitool Services, you may ask us to remove content or information that you have posted to the uitool Services by writing uitoolAdmin@corebank.co.kr.

     Please note that your request does not ensure complete or comprehensive removal of the content or information, as, for example, some of your content may have been reposted by another user.

    6. Sensitive Personal Information

     Unless specifically requested (for example, in connection with a particular survey), we ask that you not send us, and you not disclose, any sensitive personal information (e.g., social security numbers, information related to racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religion or other beliefs, health, biometrics or genetic characteristics, criminal background or trade union membership) on or through the uitool Services or otherwise to us. Any requested information that includes sensitive information about health, political opinions, ethnicity, race, religion, sex life or sexual orientation can be left unanswered.

     



    7. Children's Privacy

     Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 ("Children").

     We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.

     We retain personal information for as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and consistent with applicable law. The criteria used to determine our retention periods include:

Please do not use the same passwords you use for uitool Services for other services or share your password with unauthorized people.      We evaluate this privacy policy periodically in light of changing business practices, technology and legal requirements. As a result, it is updated from time to time.     회사는 정보통신 서비스 제공자가 준수하여야하는 대한민국의 관계 법령 및 개인정보보호 규정, 가이드라인을 준수하고 있습니다.

    “개인정보 처리방침”이란 이용자의 소중한 개인정보를 보호함으로써 이용자가 안심하고 서비스를 이용할 수 있도록 회사가 준수해야하는 지침을 의미합니다.




    2. 개인정보 수집

    서비스 제공을 위한 필요 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

    회사는 회원가입 시 서비스 이용과정에서 당사 홈페이지 또는 Y[wai]IDE, waiReport, waiBizFrame, waiDoc, waiPresentation (이하 “uitool 서비스”)와 같은 개별 어플리케이션이나 프로그램 등을 통해 아래와 같은 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

     이메일, 비밀번호, 아이디, 이름(닉네임)

     ii. 선택

     생년월일, 성별, 휴대폰번호, 전화번호, 직장명, 부서, 직책(uitool 서비스 이용 시 선택적 입력사항)

    일부 서비스에서는 특화된 여러 기능들을 제공하기 위해 ‘uitool 계정’에서 공통으로 수집하는 정보 이외에 이용자에게 동의를 받고 추가적인 개인정보를 수집할 수 있습니다.

      - 필수정보: 해당 서비스의 본질적인 기능을 수행하기 위한 정보

      - 선택정보: 특화된 서비스를 제공하기 위한 추가 수집하는 정보(선택 정보를 입력하지 않은 경우에도 서비스 이용 제한은 없습니다.)



    개인정보를 수집하는 방법은 다음과 같습니다.

     개인정보를 수집하는 경우에는 반드시 사전에 이용자에게 해당 사실을 알리고 동의를 구하고 있으며 아래와 같은 방법을 통해 개인정보를 수집합니다.

      - 회원가입 및 서비스 이용과정에서 이용자가 개인정보 수집에 동의를 하고 직접 정보를 입력하는 경우

      - 제휴 서비스 또는 단체 등으로부터 개인정보를 제공받은 경우

      - QnA, 혹은 FAQ 등과 같은 상담과정에서 웹페이지, 팩스, 전화 등

      - 이용자가 uitool 서비스 체험판 버전을 다운로드 하는 경우


    서비스 이용과정에서 이용자로부터 수집하는 개인정보는 아래와 같습니다.

     PC웹, 모바일 웹/앱 이용 과정에서 단말기정보(OS, 화면사이즈, 디바이스 아이디, 폰기종, 단말기 모델명), IP주소, 쿠키, 방문일시, 부정이용기록, 서비스 이용 기록 등의 정보가 자동으로 생성되어 수집될 수 있습니다.


    서비스 간 제휴, 연계 등으로 제 3자로부터 개인정보를 제공받고 있습니다.




    3. 개인정보 이용

    회원관리, 서비스 제공, 개선, 신규 서비스 개발 등을 위해 이용합니다.

     회원가입 시 또는 서비스 이용과정에서 홈페이지 또는 개별 어플리케이션이나 프로그램등을 통해 아래와 같이 서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 최소한의 개인정보를 수집하고 있습니다.

      - 회원 식별/가입의사 확인, 본인/연령 확인, 부정이용 방지

      - 신규 서비스 개발, 다양한 서비스 제공, 문의사항 또는 불만처리, 공지사항 전달

      - 서비스의 원활한 운영에 지장을 주는 행위(계정 도용 및 부정 이용 행위 등 포함)에 대한 방지 및 제재

      - 서비스 이용 기록, 접속 빈도 및 서비스 이용에 대한 통계, 프라이버시 보호 측면의 서비스 환경 구축, 서비스 개선에 활용


    4. 개인정보 제공

    회사는 이용자의 별도 동의가 있는 경우나 법령에 규정된 경우를 제외하고는 이용자의 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하지 않습니다.


    제3자 서비스와의 연결을 위해 필요한 경우 타사에 개인정보를 제공할 수 있음을 명시합니다.

    서비스 제공을 위해 필요한 경우 업무를 위탁할 수 있음을 명시합니다.

    서비스 제공에 있어 필요한 업무 중 일부를 외부 업체로 하여금 수행하도록 개인정보를 위탁할 수 있음을 명시합니다. 그리고 위탁 받은 업체가 관계 법령을 준수하도록 관리·감독할 것을 약속합니다.




    5. 개인정보 파기

    개인정보는 수집 및 이용목적이 달성되면 지체없이 파기하며, 절차 및 방법은 아래와 같습니다.


    전자적 파일 형태인 경우 복구 및 재생되지 않도록 안전하게 삭제하고, 그 밖에 기록물, 인쇄물, 서면 등의 경우 분쇄하거나 소각하여 파기합니다.

    다만, 내부 방침에 따라 일정 기간 보관 후 파기하는 정보는 아래와 같습니다.

     - 아래 정보는 원활한 상담 게시판 관리를 위해 고객의 요청으로 파기됩니다.

    또한, 회사는 ‘개인정보 유효기간제’에 따라 1년간 서비스를 이용하지 않은 회원의 개인 정보를 별도로 분리 보관 또는 삭제하고 있으며, 분리 보관된 개인정보는 4년간 보관 후 지체없이 파기합니다.

    7. 개인정보 처리방침이 변경되는 경우

    법률이나 서비스의 변경사항을 반영하기 위한 목적 등으로 개인정보처리방침을 수정할 수 있습니다.

    개인정보처리방침이 변경되는 경우 회사는 변경 사항을 게시하며, 변경된 개인정보처리방침은 게시한 날로부터 7일 후부터 효력이 발생합니다.

    다만, 수집하는 개인정보의 항목, 이용목적의 변경 등과 같이 이용자 권리의 중대한 변경이 발생할 때에는 최소 30일 전에 미리 알려드리겠습니다.
